Customers who previously purchased from us can return their piece and receive store credit toward any new product priced 20–30% higher than their original purchase. This makes it easy to upgrade and enjoy something fresh while still holding value from your old piece.
Personalized Pieces:
Any jewelry that has been custom-designed or engraved can only be exchanged for its scrap metal value, rather than the full purchase price.
Time Frame:
Exchanges must be made within 2–3 years of the original purchase date. After three years, the store credit will be reduced by 20% of the original value.
